Notice is hereby given that on Saturday, the fifteenth day of February, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. the county board of school trustees of Henderson County, Illinois will sell at public sale at the premises hereinafter described the following described property: The school house building formerly used by the Barry School district located at or near the southeast corner of section thirty-five in township 9 north, range 4 west of the fourth principal meridian which sale will be made upon the following terms to-wit: 25% of purchase price on day of sale, balance within 30 days of sale.
